Janet is a very emotional and caring person. This was always something I found very perplexing. Janet has a very, very big heart. She's very kind to other people and always willing to lend a hand. She always worries about her friends and family. She worries so much sometimes that I think its ridiculous but it only goes to show you how big of a heart she really has. Constantly, she always wants to help others and bring happiness into their lives. She puts herself before others to the point where it sometimes causes her harm. Janet is one of the most selfless people I have ever known and it is something I deeply admire in her because she has the capability to care so much about not only her friends and family, but strangers in need of help as well. There are very few people who are so genuine and fortunately I am proud that my sister is one of them (because its probably to balance out how much of an asshole I am). I consider this trait of hers to be one of her best and worst simply because she often will put people's happiness and well being before her own.

Janet is also an extremely hard worker. Throughout grade school and college, Janet has constantly worked her butt off. There have been many stressful and sleepless nights for her but Janet has always had the determination and will to keep going. Janet has great ambition and a strong drive to achieve her goals. I also admire this trait of her because when Janet has a goal, she will strive to achieve her goal no matter how difficult the road may be. She will do everything that she can to reach her destination and do her best to overcome whatever obstacles that may be on her path. Sometimes it boggles my mind at how determined she can be when she wants to accomplish something. Her example has taught me to be more determined and ambitious in the things that I want to do and strive to achieve as well.

My sister is a very beautiful person. She can be very delicate at times but she is also resilient and strong. She does not deserve to be stricken with cancer, especially at her age but life is never fair. But I know she has the ability to get through this fight. This is just another trial that she has to go through and I know she can conquer it. And she will be even stronger than before after this.

My sister and I do not have a great relationship. In the past, we have gotten into a lot of fights and disagreements so we have never gotten along much. We are two very different people. But despite not being on the best of terms with her, I still love her dearly. Although I never show it, I hope she knows that I will always be there to support her.
