There is a memory I have of you when you were just a baby . Your mom had just taken us to the Honolulu Zoo in Waikiki and I remember sitting in the back seat with you. As I looked over at you, you were smiling and laughing next to me. I felt such joy sitting there next to you and smiled right back at you. You had such a light shining from inside, full of vibrant energy and happiness.
As I flip through photos of you on facebook, I can see that this light still shines so bright. Your strength and preserverance is a beacon of hope for us all. The fact that you are still smiling, fighting and still going strong is so inspiring, Janet. I am so proud of you. I am glad to call you family.
